The sushi, gyoza, the fried squid ball things, and the chefs choice nigiri was all great. They have big cans of sapporo and sapporo black which I always order with my sushi. Our server was very nice.

I have been coming to this place since I was a kid. The sushi is amazing and no place near me compares. I drive roughly 40 minutes one way to visit Kyokos. Absolutely worth the drive and always worth a little wait when packed!

Delicious food

We went on a Friday night around 6:00 pm and the restaurant was not busy. We tried to order a couple of dishes but they ran out of crab. They also did not have Nutella for certain desserts. The food was OK and a little pricey for the quality and quantity received. With all the sushi places around, I was surprised by these miscues and prices.

Food was incredible and prices were very reasonable. Staff was extremely friendly and very attentive.

At first impression, I thought my wife and I would regret going to dinner here. The atmosphere and service was off putting at first. As the meal went on, the server warmed up to us and was actually very good. The food was delicious and the sushi was some of the best I've had anywhere in upstate/central NY. The sushi was meticulously curated and served the second it was made. I would highly recommend eating here for specialty sushi rolls.

By far my favorite sushi restaurant. Sushi is fresh and delicious. The venue is comfortable and welcoming. I always get the chef choice sushi platter and am never disappointed. The saki is perfectly warmed and comes in two sizes. We celebrate birthdays and other special occasions here.

The food was really good. The dinosaur roll (pictured on right on the plate away from me) exceeded any and all expectations I had. My own sushi was very enjoyable. Maybe a little too much rice, but no complaints here.The service though was fairly lousy. My water was empty most of my meal. The server I had ended up yelling at the sushi chef about some new order that came in. That was awkward. The environment was subpar. I don't know. It felt a little too musty and uninviting. The chairs were hard and uncomfortable. The table was flimsy and creaky. If the only thing that matters to you is the food, give it a shot. Otherwise, there are better establishments around.

Very traditional and the staff seem to have a passion for what they do. The food is phenomenal, and every customer gets one free cup of green tea. Great restaurant!

Delicious sushi and very nice staff. The dinosaur roll was especially tasty. The sashimi appetizer was excellent and fresh. Highly recommended

Excellent staff and food

The food is soooo delicious!! Our waitress said she had only worked there for a month and a half was a real pro!! She was attentive without hovering. She answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable!! Love this place!!

The sushi here is amazing! We had sake as well and loved it. Check Groupon: there is currently an excellent $20 for $40 available.

The sushi is very good, and the rolls are a good size!

I liked the sushi, it was even better because I had a Groupon that helped discount the price. The rolls were a good size so I was pleased with the value. I really just wish they had more rolls on the menu. They did not have a very big selection and that part was disappointing especially because I couldn't find a menu online before visiting. They do serve wine but they do not have a bar in the restaurant.

Really love the Ramen and pork buns here, but if it is Ramen and pork buns you're craving, show up early, because everyone else loves those, too.. Bento boxes are generous and the sushi 🍣 is top notch. The reason I'm not giving five stars is because our meals arrived 20+ minutes apart and we couldn't eat together.

Really good food here, of which I was pleasantly surprised. Small spot off the beaten path. I definitely recommend, and will be going back. The sushi is good, the udon bowls are awesome.

One of the oldest and most reputable Sushi Restaurants in Central New York.Kyoko's only uses fresh ingredients, never frozen - only whole fish, never pre portioned or pre packaged.A superb, reasonably priced establishment - highly recommended !

Best sushi ive had

The food here is phenomenal, but almost every single dish has gluten in it - either the sauces, crumbles, marinade, panko, tempura. The menu is amazing and everything looks delicious, but if you're gluten free, there are only a few options. On the plus side, those items are great! I like the agadashi tofu, seaweed salad, and some of the simpler / veg rolls with gluten free soy sauce. It's one of our favorite places in town; I just wish it had more options for me

Absolutely delicious, fresh sushi and authentic Japanese meals. friendly staff.

The Sushi is crafted very well. The Quality is better than average, and better than what you would expect for Central NY. We have eaten here many times and have had a consistent dining experience. The only improvement to be made is the speed of service. When you dine just anticipate hanging out for a bit while your food is prepared. Other than that, great place to get sushi.

Been going here for years and best sushi I've ever had. Half off on Wednesday is a pretty good deal! Sometimes the wait is long because it's made to order but it's worth it! Staff is also very nice and accommodating

Slow take out, gave me old little dollap of wasabi for two rolls.

Wow! Ended up here when another restaurant in the area was too crowded and couldn't have been happier! Excellent, friendly, attentive service, delicious food, and reasonably priced. Would heartily recommend. 10/10
